I am not sure if i have misread that - but just because a review is
outstanding they can - and do take enforcment action?? They cant take
action if there is an appeal in progress...but not an outstanding
assessment??
Sophie can you explain in more detail what you mean by this???

The CSA cannot take enforcement action on a case
that has an assessment outstanding so don't worry if they threaten you.
Sophie, do you have a reference for the above? It would be a huge help for
my submission to the court.
