Your probably right there, they cant say "it must of got lost in the post"
when you actually have proof it didn't!

Could it be possible that the CSA don't want to be held accountable forarrived
recorded information being sent to them? i.e. they have to admit it
becouse of a signiture, so maybe don't sign for them?

How come my letter dated 29th Jan and then 21st feb arrived before
the other? All three letters were sent to Belfast. Maybe its just
the letters sent recorded delivery. The case worker never said there
had been a problem
with the post ....
Is there some new specific problem with recorded mail at the moment?
