Trouble is, he'd get £25 compensation for the CSA giving out his
details, and I'd get monthly re-assessments (always upwards of course)
for life! I don't think the CSA worry too much about the moral high
ground - their attitude is 'we can do what we want, what are you going
to do about it? Ha Ha'.
