Yes This just more expected torture from the Gestapo scum and another fine
example of why this bloody mess should be shut down.
Start a full-scale war with the bastards, write to everyone from their chief
execs to TV shows like thats life, news programs, radio, newspapers, go see
your MP, Tony bloody hands Blair, refuse to pay it, kick up absolutely
mayhem until some asswipe acknowledges this is abuse and tantamount to
extortion.
At least *** Turpin wore a mask! NOT THIS BUNCH OF THEIVES!

Hello,
My ex applied to the CSA over a year ago, the assessment has just been
made and I now owe arrears for 12 months plus. I don't have a problem
with that ... but:
1) they claim they sent me forms to complete but I never got them
2) had I completed the forms I would have told them that I had a child
living with me, therefore the assessments would be less
3) when they did write to me about a month ago with the assessment I
contacted them to tell them about my child living with me - they said
they would take it into account and re-assess
4) a new assessment was made to take the child into account (approx
£50 p/month lower)
5) but they still say that the arrears should be based on the initial
assessment (my child has been living with me for years, not only since
it was reassessed)
6) So in my eyes the arrears is approximately £600 more than it should
be.
7) But the CSA won't accept it - they say that because I didn't
complete the forms they can only use the 'child discount' from the time
at which I did notify them, i.e after I had received the first
assessment.
8) They say I can appeal but really is it worth it, am I likely to get
anywhere.
9) They accept that I was entitled to the child discount for that
period but just won't apply the rule.
Can anyone advise - thanks.
