Many thanks for the info - I appreciate it.
Can I follow up on some of the points raised..?
Assuming that she does close the case - am I advised of this by the
CSA?
At what point does the new assessement then start - is it backdated in
any way (don't want to find myself in arrears again)
What would happen if I just didn't mention the WFTC to the CSA
assuming that my partner (we're not married) claimed it?
