Ummm.....the money and access aren't linked. You can pay a fortune and she
still has exactly the same power to say both those things.
Or restrict/cancel contact.
Whether you paid her £500 a week or never a penny in your life, the court
would deal with access issues pretty much the same.

Did you ever apply for parental responsibility? Never heard of it not being
granted, if applied for.

You never get to say how someone is spending money.
If the child is neglected, there are things in place for that. But unless
something like that happens, adults are free to spend money how they want.

Logic and CSA don't go together very well.
NRP applying is rare - its like handing a deranged maniac a knife, you won't
always like the results.
