Looking for advice-

Sorry it is long winded......
Background to my problem.
I am on the old system and paid quite a lot of money to ex and found it
really difficult. So when my mortgage changed, I did no overtime and then
told the CSA, I sent in relevant forms and they did new assessment. Took
over 6 months but they are finally ready to do it now. Assessment has gone
down about £200.
CSA must have info'd ex that the money was going down, she blew a
gasket...then she calls me and tells me I can no longer have contact with
daughter, I et upset and plead with her and then she agrees to allowing me
again, she likes to think she controls me still... maybe that is it with
these women..... She then talks to her cousin who works for CSA...her cousin
tells her what has gone on with the account, my mortgage etc... Cousin
advices her to drop case telling CSA to forget it, she can do that as she is
what they call a private client....not on benefits...
Cousin then tells her to open new account on new system after a period of
time, she will then get more money again..... Ex does not tell me....Get
letter from CSA confirming this is what she has done...
My Problem....... I do not want the account to close... My payment will be
far to high for me to cope with..... Please can you advise what my best
options are?????? I want to stay on the old system, Can I keep that account
open and if so how???? I have contacted the CSA asking them to let me keep
paying them for my Daughter as I want to help etc.... They say they have now
suspended it instead of closing it pending my appeal which is what I have
been told I can do... What can I put down on that appeal as to the reasons
why any help would be gratefully appreciated.........
Many thanks
A
.
