Where can i find Child Support Departure Direction Regulation 30(1)(a)(i) ?
What does this mean? The Departures guide states that, by law, certain need
to be taken into account. One of which is if the departure being allowed,
will cause the non applicant to give up work. It also states that a decision
maker must look at the case more widely and consider all evidence given.
Therefore, surely, this covers the facts that with all the costs of working
he is better off being a househusband. I can't see how they can dispute
this. I doubt they use their correct guidance and go off their own man
hating feelings!
