I wonder how long it will be before you HAVE to transfer the games to HDD in
order to run them?

I remember when the CD game out and game producers said that this would mean
that you'd never have to swap discs again. A little down the line and you
had games like Baldur's Gate with 5 CD's to swap.

My money's on programmers being too lazy to include optimised loading code
in future, so folk will end up having to instal all their new games onto HDD
in order to avoid delays in loading levels.
