and she don't beleive me

b) i wish this was true rather than the reality.

ho hum.

you knew keegan wouldn't last long after wise joined, I said keegan
wouldn't last long from start (never mind whats went on), hope there is
hell on and this backfires in ashleys face big time

i'm pretty sure it will do, especially if Wise or even Poyet is
brought in to manage the team.

Why will it backfire if Poyet is brought in and he wins lots of games?
This is the thing that confuses the rest of us about Newcastle fans.
Whilst the 4-3 thing may not be true, you do all give the impression
you'd rather be losing under Keegan than winning under anyone else.
During our League 1 season Poyet was with us for our first 15 league
games. We won 13, drew 2, lost 0. The game after he left we lost, and
proceeded to lose 3 of the next 5 and it all went horribly downhill
from there. I have no doubt whatsoever that we'd have been
automatically promoted had he stayed.

no offence, but that's league one.

it's not so much the fact that keegan has gone, it's the manner in
which the club now appears to be being run that's pissing us off.

if dennis wise has free reign to buy and sell players without the
manager's input, how is that a good way to run a club?

what manager, in their right mind, will take on the job now the mess
and web of interference from the boardroom has been made so
transparently public?

the answer to that is, no one.

i don't want poyet purely because of his past association with wise,
he's just another cronie in what is increasingly beginning to look
like the most expensive "jobs for the boys" club in british football.

Wise has no place at all at our club, he has no past history, no real
experience in the role he is supposedly paid £1.5m a bloody year to
do, but yet he is given greater power than a man who has been a top
level manager for over 15 years.

it just beggars belief, frankly.

we have a new chairman, who since his appointment in may has said nary
a dickie bird in public about the clubs plans or ambitions, which in
itself raises suspicion. we have an owner who conveniently disappears
when the *** hits the fan and we have an 'Executive director
(football)' whose sole purpose since his appointment seems to have
been to wholly disregard the plans, advice and wishes of the club's
bloody manager!

if you can't understand why so many newcastle fans are utterly pissed
off at this whole situation, then there's nothing i can do to make it
any clearer.

frankly, i am beginning to hope he's gearing up to sell the club,
because let's face it, he's totally pissed on his chips now, and he
won't be made welcome in the stands with the fans any more, that's for
certain.
