Damn if I`d have known that + the fact I had 3 years against Red Ring of Death + the fact that my 360 games were better + the fact that I had 1 extra game and controller & component cable then I might of kept my 360 and just bought the addons. Now the only good thing about having the PS3 is that it has built-in Blu-Ray player which is arguably more popular then HD DVD, that it has a 60gb hard drive, and that online is FREE (although I still had 6 months of a 12month LIVE subscription remaining). Have I made a terrible mistake?


I have a PS3 (although I didn't sell my 360 to get one).
I wouldn't feel bad about it, quite a few good games are coming out before Christmas. UT3, Call of Duty 4, Uncharted:Drakes Fortune, Ratchet and Clank, Haze plus a few others. If you like Geometry Wars, you should definetly get Super Stardust HD, it's a magic game. Also, get a USB mouse+keyboard and install Linux (Ubuntu is a good choice) for all your DivX movie needs.

Um, I'll be very surprised if UT3 drops this side of Christmas.

I regretted buying my PS3 back in April as there was almost nothing gamewise that was worth while and the 360 was the better choice by miles but now I wouldn't trade in my PS3 for the world (or my 360).

Considering the fact that Epic appear to be being sued numerous licensees over the Unreal engine not working on the PS3, I wouldn't get my hopes ups if I were you. ...
