How is it with SD, and have you sorted out your 360 issues yet? The
37" of that one is my TV of choice, but I might wait 'til the Z(?)
version comes out.

Just out of interest, why would you all go for LCD over a plasma?

Heat generated, screen burn in and power consumption are my three main issues. I know burn in isn't the issue it used to be with early generation models, but playing XBox games on it lends itself to static images in the same place for long periods of time (status bars, borders around FPS screens etc)

For what it's worth, i've been playing my 360 through a 42" Hitachi Plasma for near enough a year now. Also have an 8 month old baby, who tends to wait until i've turned the 360 on, and picked the controller up to throw a wobbler, hence lots of paused games, hours of the dashboard while i sort baby out and in all that time, not even the glimmer of screen burn.

Same with my Sky+, baby cries, program get's paused and can sit like that for three quarters of an hour with the little paused icon in the corner.

As for heat, we have a 32" LCD in the bedroom (Admittedly a little older, over 2 years) and when we are watching that we have to leave the bedroom door open, or crack the window open a little. Downstairs we don't have the problem with the Plasma. My other half wants me to move the 360 upstairs but apart from the obvious difference 10 inches makes, i hate the look of the 360 through the LCD.(But it is a cheap make, not that an Hitachi is top of the range either)

Anyway, that's just my opinion....Hope it helps.
