There's no way Rockstar would throw away the PS3 version because MS
bought the publisher. I'd guess they've got a contract with Take-Two
to publish their games - MS buying Take-two would mean they have to
honor the contracts.
GTA V might be different, but MS would have to pay a sh*tload of cash
to get any exclusive deal from Rockstar, given they've made more money
from the PS2/PSP versions than they'd ever get from the Xbox versions.
Rockstar is the development section of Take Two, you buy one, you buy
both.

Re: 360 sequels ... Was just looking at what games I'm looking forward to this year and ended up thinking what games I played last year I'd like to see a sequel to.. ... I'd love to see Saints Row 2, even though GTA4 is due out later, I think they should go for it, I liked a lot of the dynamic and replayability, not to mention the engine - I think that Rockstar must have taken one look at the likes of the Rag-doll physics, holding up shops and hi-jacking cars and through "we gotta have that". ...
