Strange router behaviour!

I have a Speedtouch 580 and it's acting strangely with Xbox live. When I run
the network test and NAT is shown as OPEN, I cannot connect to the Test
Drive Unlimited Servers, yet when NAT is shown as STRICT (NAT appears to
change between OPEN and STRICT randomly) I have no problem. I can't find
anything to change NAT settings in the Speedtouch setup and I haven't
changed anything so I don't know why it is sometimes OPEN and sometimes
STRICT.

Does anyone have a 580 and can help me set it up so that I can always access
things like the TDU and PGR3 servers?
