OT: Cable Tidy ?

How do y'all keep yer cables tidy behind the TV?
Not if your TV is on some cabinet, but if it's on a aluminium & glass stand type thing.

We haven't got an abundance of stuff connected, but now the Sky HD box is in, the corner of the room is like a bloody storks nest.

Is it just a cable-tie and sticky tape sort of thing or is there some excellent device that will make life easier?
