Thats external users; its a small company in terms of employees and internal
users are filtered out of the statistics (at least for registered PCs).
Being so small no standard is defined. The website that was taken from is
for customers so it wouldn't get a lot of traffic from employees anyway.

You wouldn't want to risk losing a potential client, so yes its important to
ensure your information can be read by as wide an audience as possible.
