I found that manually setting up port forwarding to the 360's static IP
(TCP and UDP 3074 plus UDP 88) reported Open NAT whereas just using the DMZ
function resulted in Moderate NAT. I've got a Draytek ADSL router. You may
find that doing something similar on your router will work better than just
dumping it in the DMZ. For me and a few on my friends list, making this
change improved voice quality, mainly reducing/removing echo issues.
