Another Media Center/Media Connect problem

I set up the 360 with my MCE PC and everything worked fine as it should, then I had to wipe my PC and re-install Windows. It's now set up as it was before, I've connected them together and downloaded and installed the Connect software and stuff. When I launch Media Center on my 360 I can see all the files on my PC as before, navigate through all my music and videos and play them fine, but when I bring up the guide, go to select music and choose my computer it only gives me the five or six sample tunes that come with Windows, when there should be 7,000. All the music is added to MC and WMP, and the extender software is running in the taskbar, I just can't make it see it from the guide/dash, even though when I run MC is sees it all. Any ideas?
