I guess it's all about customer satisfaction. There are going to be some
people bitterly disappointed because they couldn't get one, even though
they legitimately pre-ordered one. Meanwhile this guy is abusing his
position to make a quick buck. Ok, so it's not illegal but it's pretty
fecking low.

As he is in the customer service industry, and you may well be one of
his customers one day, I think he *should* lose his job.
