I've opened it up and swapped the Power and Reset/Eject switches over
and the behaviour carries over so the buttons themselves work OK. I
unplugged the button PCB and it still switches itself on when plugged in
which is odd. It does however seem to shut down consistently if I use
EvoX rather than XBMC but still not power on.
It would appear that there is a short circuit or other nasty problem
with the motherboard/PSU somewhere, which is somewhat annoying.
Hopefully X360 will stream media off my Mac (ha).
