I have a quick question - is giving your card details to the sony shop
considered 100% safe? I only ask because I have heard you can buy a
pre-paid voucher thing for the xbox live
There are no vouchers (yet). You have to use a credit/debit card.
You have a wallet which you top up with funds. So for example you can add
£10 from your credit card and that will get added to your PSN wallet as and
when you wish. So you don't have to use your credit card every time, you
can do a larger transaction and keep it there.
As for safety, well I never considered how safe it was, but no problems so
far. I am sure it logs into a secure server to do the transaction.
Thanks everybody
Ok - what is worth buying on the paid download front? (I dont have a
HD telly yet btw)
Also - Can you back up what you have downloaded in case it gets
corrupted/deleted by one of the kids?
(I have a 400 gig external USB drive I use with my laptops etc)
ta
