realise how good the MS idea of sticking the HDD on the outside was. Can you back up onto a memory stick?
Yeah, i've backed up onto a memory stick, i've even downloaded the
PES6 option file (PS2) onto a usb stick and copied it over as a file
on the virtual PS2 memory card. :)
The interface is frankly crap compared to 360. It's sluggish to move through, ordered oddly, and the sorting and submenu options are minimal at best.
It's lightening quick on mine, and after using it for a while it makes
the 360 look like a kids toy.
It could definetly do with some sorting, and that is coming soon, but
as of yet i've not had any problems with it personally.
I prefere a minimal interface like this though.
So far I've played:
Gran Turismo HD, which is bloody marvellous, if a tad stripped out and basic. All I've played in depth so far, trying to get top-500 times, which I've done on a couple of them. Can't wait for Prologue.
Totally in agreement.
I think there's some HD movies of prologue on the US store?
Yup, got them off the Jap store last night. Stunning.
Resistance: Fall Of Man, which I have mixed feelings about. The graphics are a major disappointment.
For me it wasn't an instant '*** me this looks good', in fact when i
was first playing it i was dissapointed, but something happened, dunno
what, but it just started looking really really nice.
Lowest point was in a bus station, i lost the will to play it.. But
i'm so glad i played on.
I played online last night. This is the best console multiplayer FPS since GoldenEye, and I include all three Halos in that.
F1 demo, which has an incredible sense of speed, but has no middle difficulty level. With damage on, I'm yet to do a lap without having to retire due to someone else smashing into me, and with it off it's far too easy to blaze through and win by 10 seconds.
Can't you customise the difficulty on the demo?
You can have CPU AI on easy, medium or hard, and crash damage on or off. Either way it auto-brakes.
