Is it possible to buy a bluetooth keyboard and mouse and just use
it with the PS3 for general use, or is this something that is only
likely to be supported via linux? I know the controllers are
bluetooth, but I can't see any way of pairing stuff via BT - not
that I currently have BT keyboard.

have they come down in price recently?

last time i saw a BT keyboard and mouse set, it was about £170!

I'm just thinking for when they drop in price! :)
Apple ones might be cheaper than some of the generic things - then
again, I think the mouse still goes for >£40.

I bought a bluetooth keyboard and mouse set from ebay for £20

.
