Thats all the update mentioned as having for big features. There may be some smaller tweaks they have not advertised. I would have liked them to see about fixing the HDMI issues but no mention of that.

Do you mean rumble on the controller activated?

"You can now use the vibration function of accessories that are for use with PlayStation®2 format software". The PS3 controllers still aren't going to rumble...
