As nobody replied with the actual answer, all I can tell you is that
all the games that are listed as running, even with issues, should
still run properly according to Sony.
By way of example, I've played 17 hours of Okami so far (Which is
listed as having "noticable" issues), with the only noticable issue
being that the synthesised speech system sounds like it could be
garbled. Some people have complained that moving into 60Hz mode can
crash the game, but I've not personally had that happen.

It's the compatibility list, but it allows for ratings to be applied
and comments to be attached to those ratings (none for brian lara
yet). You can register and add your own as well.
