Game ends 10 day refund guarantee?

I haven't shopped at Game for quite a while - over priced second hand
products and almost as silly mark ups on new games meant that I favoured
indi stores.

Anyway, I bought some presents for people over the Christmas period and, in
order to give the recipients choice to return a potentially crap game, I
bought from Game.

I now realise however that Game does not provide a 10 day exchange/money
back no questions asked guarantee. Rather they provide a 28 day guarantee
which depends on the product not having been opened.

Seems like a backward step load of bollocks to me - and the death of the
only saving grace this horribly poor value for money company did provide.
