Well as I already have a 360 that doesn't bother me too much, and I have no interest in buying a PS3. I might end up with one in 2 or 3 years time, but I didn't buy my PS2 that long ago and it hasn't really sold me. The only thing that could possibly sway me, would be a Guitar Hero on PS3, but I wouldn't buy the console for just one game.
Microsoft don't see Nintendo as competition.
Indeed they don't, but I wouldn't discount them. It could be dangerous to underestimate Nintendo at this stage. They have kept relatively tight lipped about the Wii, a lot of people take this as a sign of the consoles weakness, but I think it could be a good tactic. Don't go promising the world to people and then come out with something that is better than expectations. Unlike Sony's apparently self destructive tactic of doing the exact opposite.
