You'll have to open up the top cover of the DVD drive.
Switch on the console. eject the tray. switch off at the back.
pull out the tray completely.
set the set the white plastic pole completely to the left,
front side of deck will tilt downwards.
reinsert the tray.
switch the console back on and the tray will reposition itself back to
normal position.
