No. The PS2 doesn't run all PS1 games without problems, so why would you
expect the PS3 to do the same with PS2 games?
I hear
that Xbox games do not play so well on XBox 360 - they look worse than on
Xbox.
They don't generally. They look better. The problem is that not many
actually work at all, and those that do don't often work properly.
