Yes, there is.  On the last thing I got there was a big sticker with a full
breakdown of the charges and an explanations for them.  This is a new thing,
though.

I think the problem lies with Customs not accepting the declared value as
true, and so "guessing" the "real" value of it.

Someone at Mount Pleasant must be seeing "game" and thinking "OMFGZ!!  SI TEH
EGGBOX 380!! THAT'S WORTH £$hlmun!!!".

I take it that there is some form of redress for the individual, but that it takes 25 pages of claim forms and a 3 month wait ?
