Then do you think the game required further testing before release?
I came across a review somewhere stating that:
"Though admirable in its attempt to break from convention it still
carried all too familiar rpg flaws"
I recall they refered this to the mandetory levelling up and random
encounters.
But this is the same argument that could be said about other, even more
highly praised rpgs, yet without a smidgen of LC orignial ideas.
And imo at least, its not reason enough to ignore what this game does
so well.
