I hope this is not off-topic, if it is considered off-topic then I'm sorry.
The Digital Alternative is a new interactive CD-ROM covering RETRO and
ALTERNATIVE gaming/computing, and yes, the PS and PS2 will be a part of
future
issues, but NOT this launch issue (unless somebody put together a suitable
article within the week)
If somebody would like to write a article for the PS or PS2, generally
modding or
reviewing a retro type game or collection for the console then get in touch
with on one the digi-alt site (www.digi-alt.net) If somebody could record
video footage of doing a mod (since the CD-ROM will contain video as well as
text and images) that would be great.
Also if anybody interested in just retro stuff, wht not read below and visit
the site.
Thanks for your time,

Here's information on an new retro magazine you all may be interested in:
The Digital Alternative is an interactive magazine presented on two
professionally produced CD-ROMS covering retro / alternative computing and
gaming at its best. Each issues, supplied on 2 CD-ROMS, will have over 4
hours of video footage and over 200 pages of articles covering all aspects
of retro and alternative gaming/computing.
The retro aspect of the magazine coves home computers and consoles from the
1970's, 80's and early 90's which basically means every retro format you can
think of. There will also be alternative content, meaning contents about the
CPC-NG, Commodore One and stuff like Xbox, PS2 modding, home made media
center etc.
The cost will be 5 Euro (US DOLLARS: $6.10 or STERLING: £3.40) plus the cost
of postage and packaging.
We are ready to produce the launch issue but first we need the number of
CD-ROMS and Inserts to produce. So if you're interested then register your
interest at http://www.digi-alt.net If interested it's important to register
your interest as not to under/over produce the CD-ROMs. We plan on finding
the number of people interested (by registering their interest), add 10
percent, round it off and produce the result.
You can go to the main site http://www.digi-alt.net to find out more
information on the contents of the first issue.

John
