Oh that is a brilliant idea.

I've done that. Mostly they seem to realise that it's a lot of sitting
around doing nothing, waiting for crap to download/install/deinstall/
update itself, and only 45 minutes of actual work... And since they've
got someone lovely to talk to (ie me) it just flies by! No effort at
all, would you do little Sam's laptop next? Thanks!
