I don't think I even played Perfect Dark Zero - not that I can
anyway.
Anyhow looking forward to September Book Club
So get your choices in below
Halo 3. Just about the only 360 game we've ever managed to get
consistently regular sessions on.
Would it not be an idea to save this for ODST? I'm not the game's
biggest fan, but even I'm going to pick up ODST for a
playthrough...and it includes all of the Halo 3 stuff released so far
if I'm not mistaken?
I don't have a better suggestion though.
I still don't understand what they're doing with ODST and Halo 3. The
existing Halo 3 achievements refer to the new maps coming with ODST.
So ODST multiplayer is simply Halo 3 on the same disk? You are in effect
getting Halo 3 multiplayer with the ODST campaign which plays differently?
As far as I understand it, there'll be two disks - one with the Halo
ODST campaign on it, and another disk with the multiplayer on it. I
think the second disk is essentially the Halo 3 disk with the campaign
removed and replaced by all of the DLC that has been released so far,
plus 3 new maps. It'll be compatible with Halo 3 online and as you
mention, the achievements for it are actually part and parcel of
Halo3, not ODST.
Thanks, I reasoned this might be the case but couldn't find a page with text
as lucid as yours. Hope the new maps are as good as the last lot.
