It basically means what is contained within will be a regression on a
previous versions but with some sparkley bits added on to try and
distract you. It's actually very thoughtful of them to use such an
easily recognisable symbol and it is nearly always accurate, unlike
certain other rating systems in use.

Armed with this useful information hopefully your future purchases will
be more successful.

....and yet at least three people in this group are going to buy Tiger Woods
2010 :)
