If they'd made this 10 years or so ago, then it could have been excellent.
The fact that it mirrored the quality of writing in the more recent seasons
rather than the excellent stuff of series 2-8 meant that, despite a handful
of genuinely funny moments, it was rather a let down. Also - not enough
screen time for the peripheral charcters. Shame.

I really liked it! It was consistently good all the way through. No
padding like in some TV shows to movie are. (All that danm singing in
the South Park movie!) Still, wasn't much difference from a good TV
episode. No real need for it to be a film.

So if we assume that "a book" is 100k words, then if I was a full-time writer it would always take me 4 weeks to write a book, or -- more precisely -- 20 full writing days. ...
