withI'm looking for recommendations for a DS game to take away on Holiday
beme. I've not bought anything for the last year or so, so there ought to
withplenty to choose from. Unfortunately I haven't really been keeping up
Preferablyreleases, so have absolutely no idea.
I'm not particularly thinking of a puzzle game, I don't think.
Wrightsomething vaguely story-driven. Last year I played lots of Phoenix
mortarand Advance Wars. I don't think I fancy PW2, but I could be swayed.
One caveat - as I've left it late and will buying from a bricks and
shop, it can't really be an import.
Hotel Dusk? It's pretty much all story.
Sounds good. I remember hearing a lot of positive things about it a while
back. Definitely a contender.
Why don't you fancy PW2? I'm
enjoying it immensely so far. It has slightly different, and at first
more challenging, gameplay with the psyche-lock stuff which makes the
investigation sections more interesting.
As much as I enjoyed PW, I sort of felt that I'd had enough of it by the
end. Admittedly Mia's baboons(c) are a big draw, and I'm intrigued by this
psyche-lock thing, but ultimately I fancy something different.
Chris.
