It's the Larry's Giant Subs corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, FL.
For some reason, they've seen fit to serve sandwiches downstairs and
conduct accounting upstairs. I get the feeling that the attire is a
competitive response to the four-hundred other restaurants in the area,
which is something of a business hub.
