...and Red Cards. Suspensions rock.
I remember playing one of the Sensi games with a friend, trying to see how
many players you could get sent off. Sadly, once we were down to 8 men each,
it was impossible to get carded :/
Play:
Animal Crossing (DS)
ONE MEEEEEELLION BELLS SPENT. On turnips. Actually, it's more than that.
Gosh.
Oblivion (360)
Actually progressed the main quest a little this weekend. The bit with the
book collecting - and some wandering in the sewers killing rats, goblins and
GIANT ENEMY CRABS. Also boosted my stats, mainly so I could repair enchanted
items - something important since all my armour was enchanted - but also to
boost Blade and Marksman, so I kept swapping between bow and sword using REAL
TIME WEAPON CHANGE. With my armory ability, I decided I could now enchant my
Elven longsword to give 18 points Shock damage on strike (in addition to what
it normally does), *and* weaken the foe 25% Shock for 8 seconds - long enough
to get another hit in and shock them for MASSIVE DAMAGE. To find out just
*how* powerful it was, I left the Chironaisium (or whatever it's called) in
the Arcade University and slaughtered *everyone*. At one point I was being
attacked by 2 mages, 6 apprentices, 2 battlemages and several summoned daedra
- and I killed the lot with barely a scratch on me. Super powerful blade
ahoy! Humourously, I was then trapped inside the University - I'd been kicked
out of the guild, so lost my guild key, and so couldn't get out of the gates.
Couldn't fast travel anywhere either. ACES.
And some 360 demos:
The Outfit: ***.
Tig0r Woods: Got 1 inch away from the pin on my first (and only) shot.
Top Spin 2: Pretty good. Played two player too. What does the power bar
thing do?
Burnout Revenge: More of the same. Fun though, but eyes bleeding.
Also, some two player DS games:
New Super Mario Bros: Minigames only, but fun.
Big Brain Academy: This is ACE in multiplayer!
Super Monkey Ball: I played this before, and got 1-on-1 in Monkey Hockey. Now
it will ONLY let me play doubles with a CPU player on each side. Why is this?
Want:
Every DS game ever, EVER. Ever. Still.
SOME XBLA GAMES RIGHT BLOODY NOW, DAMMIT.
Bin:
The crap demos mentioned above.
Everyone in the world being ill, injured or broken (except me). Well, in *my*
local portion of the world, anyway.
