On 2006-05-09, Great Cthulhu rose from the deep and compelled Chris to
exclaim:
How it differs substantially is that it includes technology that ties
character movement on screen to that of players' hands. That is, as
players move their hands around, the controller automatically senses
the movement and translates it to character movement on screen.

That is a significant innovation that the Xbox 360 does not have, and
it is not known whether Nintendo's own forthcoming next-generation
console, the Wii, will have similar functionality.

I can't believe that last statement. Surely that's the one thing we DO
know
about the Wii!

I think it's the revisionism kicking in early. Sony showed it first at
E3 therefore it's Sony's idea and Nintendo nicked it.

Yeah but since Nintendo came out with the controller back in November or
something they can't really use that excuse. Though I be wondering what
patents Sony has breached this time around though.
