I've not made a formal study of it or anything, but I've found that the
short Welsh words are much harder to pronounce than the long ones. How the
hell do you say "Fedw" and why does a word with only four letters have
three syllables?
Yeah, we had some fun. She was trying to navigate for me as I was driving
round Anglesey.
"You want to road towards... uh... Mowellfree. Molefree. Mowellfruh. Um. It'll
be the one that doesn't go to... oh. Um. Amloowuch? Amlmwych? Look, here's
the map, you look ARRRRGH WATCH OUT FOR THAT SHEEP"
