SCDConv isn't effective on the games in question (Tenbu Special and Aisle
Lord, if you're interested.) I believe that those two particular games
have the region data in a place that the program isn't able to convert 100
percent. There's also an issue of font and display data that's specific to
the JPN-region BIOS that obviously isn't present just because you switch
the region of the game.

Also, I'm a sucker for redundant hardware. Witness here my two Dreamcasts,
three Saturns, and a PC-Engine Duo R sitting next to a TurboGrafx CD
setup. The first step is admitting I have a problem. :)
