Yes, same criteria as for Sue. However, I should also point out that turning up for interview wearing a 300 quid suit and hair styled by Vidal Sassoon, will get you booted out the door immediately. However, being able to clearly demonstrate that you have taken a quantity of piercings out before attending interview, or that you are desperately trying to cover up exotic tattoos by insisting on keeping your jacket on in an office that has been deliberately heated to 90 degrees, will points.

What if you turn up in an old ripped jumper and mercilessly pull the interviewer up on every single technical innacuracy he makes?

You'd fail our interview, but would be almost guaranteed a job in our Unix team. :-)
