I got stung with customs and UPS charges.. but UPS fucked up the delivery and I collected. Lik-Sang customer service was VERY good and got a refund off UPS that was handed back to me. A named contact kept me informed all of the way. I'd have a lot of confidence to order from them again regardless of any charges.
