Because as it is I don't eat a lot - I don't even get near the 2000 calorie
RDA so I don't know what's going wrong.. boss suggested it may be
preservatives etc in food that my body doesn't like or something. I don't
really eat snacks anyway :'(

This is one thing I need to get back to doing. I did go on the exercise
bike a lot but stopped because people wanted to watch TV instead. (It's in
the living room and needs to go bang in front of it as there's no room
otherwise)... so I'll get back on that. Even then though I wasn't losing
weight. I can put it on but the only way I've ever lost a significant
amount of weight is when I had stomach flu and was unable to keep anything -
food or drink - down, and that's not much use.
