Nintendo Patents Insanity

I got this from Slashdot, so it wasn't from me looking at the US patent
website. Nintendo have basically patented the use of an insanity system
like was used in the rather excellent Eternal Darkness.

And you thought the patent Sega had on camera angles was silly. Can't
really see the value of this to be honest, as the sanity trick won't really
work so well again. I personally wish I could have played ED without
hearing about the sanity effects beforehand.
