crap budget games

I rented Red Ninja which I believe was released as a budget title.

Its really rubbish. The controls are rubbish and the camera is dire. Plus
you can only have inverted controls which I hate - that is laziness, there
is no excuse for not having normal controls IMO.

I really do not understand how some games get past the testing stage.
Surely at some point somebody should have said that some may deem it
unplayable.

Do companies have some kind of weird notion that because a game is released
as a budget title they are entitled to release crap on a disc?
