Unfortunately, I have too - but it bounced back. Seems like I was fobbed of
with a dodgy addy, in an email that tells me not to reply to it...but use
'contact us' on their homepage - i.e. back to square one. This is the
vicious circle I've been going round for ages, and I'm totally fed-up with
it and NTL.
