You have to call the ISP customer support thing. That email doesn't work.
I tried it first but it just bounced back saying it didn't exist. Mind you,
I don't know if the first level support people know themselves on where to
pass that request onto, different department altogether. NTL hasn't exactly
made it easy to get a new group put onto the server.

Anyone know more or a better way let me know but that's how I tried to get
it added.
