Component on UK PAL Cube

Anyone here running there pal cube with a component cable? If so
where's the audio out as the cable just seems to have the 3 standard
component phono sockets. And will the component cable work on any cube
or just the ones with the digital AV out? I've read that the only
cubes that come with digital AV outs are ones made pre 2004 but my
resident evil 4 platinum cube had digital AV out. Can anyone confirm
that all the resident evil 4 platinum cubes have digital AV as I'm
thinking of buying a new cube.


Also if I put a qoob or a viper chip in my cube, can I run force
original PAL games to 480p?
